Enquiries and appointments
Submitting the enquiry form does not confirm an appointment. An appointment is confirmed only once the salon has replied and any required deposit has been paid.
Pricing
All prices are a guide and may vary with hair length, thickness and condition. Services are priced separately and the final price is agreed with you at consultation before any service begins.
Deposits and cancellations
Deposits are deducted from your final bill. At least 48 hours’ notice is required to move or cancel an appointment; with less notice, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Testing
A patch test is required 48 hours before any colour service and a strand test before colour correction. Services may be declined where required testing has not been completed.
Payment
Balances are payable in salon on the day. Flexible payment options may be available on eligible purchases at checkout, subject to status, affordability and provider approval. Terms apply.
