Everything you need to know about deposits, cancellations and testing before your appointment.

Cut & colour deposits

— New client cut and colour appointments: £30 deposit.

— Long appointments of 4 hours or more: £50 deposit.

— New extensions: 30% deposit, with the final payment due on the fitting day.

— Extension maintenance: £30 deposit.

— Extensions overdue for maintenance, or matted and requiring extra time: £20 per additional hour.

— Colour correction may require multiple stages to protect hair health and achieve an even result.

— An in-depth consultation is required before an accurate quote can be provided.

— Results may require multiple appointments depending on previous colour history and hair condition.

— A 50% deposit is required when booking a colour correction.

— A strand test is required before colour correction services.

— Deposits are deducted from the final bill.

— At least 48 hours’ notice is required to move or cancel an appointment.

— Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable when less notice is provided.

— A patch test is required 48 hours before any colour service.

— A strand test is required before colour corrections.

— These requirements are confirmed and recorded when your appointment is booked.
